A family business over several generations

In 1926 when Ernest Stoffel started a construction company, he was ahead of his time. He introduced the concept of fixed-price houses, the equivalent of today's "keys-in hand" homes. His sons, Georges and Gilbert, became involved in the family firm in 1952, developing the construction, promotion and agency activities.

In 1973, Gilbert Stoffel was alone at the head of the company and welcomed the third generation, Claude, who would work with his father for more than 30 years developing the knowledge and insights that he, in turn, would pass onto his son Thierry. Aware of the revolution taking place in the property market, Claude Stoffel added another element: a renovation and transformation department that completed the company's range of services. During the 1990s the company, now called Stoffel Immobilier S.A., began to focus more on brokerage, buying and selling, marketing promotions, and adding value to its properties, as well as coordinating, supervising and selling projects.

In 2004 his son, Thierry, added a fourth generation to the company, bringing a new dynamism to its range of services. This father and son partnership keeps tradition and innovation at the forefront of their professional activities and they continue to flourish by bringing great care and enthusiasm to every project they undertake.
